Our history

From project developer to AIF manager.

2013

Fondamentor is founded, focused on developing commercial land.

2014

Development of retail and office properties, including Klockarbäcken trade and business area in Umeå, up to 130,000 GFA.

2019

The company expands to develop, own and manage commercial and education properties.

2024

Fondamentor receives registration as a manager of alternative investment funds.

Supervision

Registered manager of alternative investment funds.

Fondamentor Asset Management AB has, since June 2024, been a registered manager of alternative investment funds under Swedish Act 2013:561.
