Sustainability policy

Responsible property management with a long-term perspective.

Fondamentor strives to integrate sustainability into the business model — environmentally, socially and economically. We are inspired by the principles of the UN Global Compact and take into account the regulations relevant to our business.

1 · Background & purpose

Responsibility for the business and its stakeholders.

Sustainability shall be integrated into Fondamentor's business model and shape daily work — environmentally, socially and economically.

The policy is grounded in the UN Global Compact and takes ESRS/VSME, SFDR and the EU taxonomy into account to the extent relevant for our category.

2 · Definition of sustainability

Three dimensions. One whole.

01

Ecological sustainability

Strive to build and develop within planetary boundaries — wise use of resources, extended building lifespans, reuse and reduced waste.

02

Social sustainability

Human rights, equal worth, inclusion and health. We care for our employees and collaborate with customers, suppliers and partners.

03

Economic sustainability

Secure long-term economic growth without negative consequences for ecological or social sustainability.
