Fondamentor divests the properties Röbäcksdalen 1:8 and 1:9

Fondamentor has divested the properties Röbäcksdalen 1:8 and 1:9 in Umeå. The buyer is an unlisted property company that took possession at the end of November 2025.

Fondamentor acquired the properties in 2013 and carried out extensive renovations and tenant adaptations during its ownership. The tenants are Umeå municipality and the world-leading music production company Toontrack Music.
