Fredrik Jonsson joins Fondamentor's board

Fondamentor today announces that Fredrik Jonsson joins as a new board member. With more than 25 years of experience in senior roles in the property sector and 15 years in fund management, Fredrik will be an important addition to Fondamentor's continued development.

Fredrik most recently served as deputy CEO of Besqab and was previously CEO of Niam, one of the largest fund managers in the Nordics. He has also held several senior positions at Skanska.

Fredrik's expertise in fund management and real estate investment will be a strategic resource as Fondamentor scales up its commitment to sustainable and profitable projects in the Swedish property market.
